This year, our California Century Mission, a buttery olive oil, was again the shining star, as it received the award one of the *Top 50 Olive Oil in the World - in one of the biggest European if not world-wide competition, judged by Corporazione Dei Mastri Oleari, a most prominent Milan judging panel. It was the only American oil selected.
Our most popular Flavored Balsamic Vinegars of the Holiday season are Pomegranate, Cinnamon-Pear, Mandarin and Dark Chocolate. Being aged 18 years in wood barrels, they are of course very sweet naturally (no sugar added) and ever so flavorful and yummy!

Our olive oil is certified organic by CCOF, first press, cold-pressed and estate-grown. The olives are gently hand-harvested, quickly pressed at a local mill for the freshest and healthiest possible olive oil.
